Update from the Helpful Husband - On Hiatus Again

Hey, ladies (and gentlemen, I think there's a few of you out there who like to coupon, NTTAWWT). Mrs. Shopswell's Helpful Husband here, sometime editor of her posts and other writings and the guy who gets to enjoy the fruits of her couponing exploits as well as help her field-test the new products she gets all the time.

I'm sorry to report that my wife will be unable to post here for a short while. She's come down with a serious illness; yes, one that means she can't even sit and post on her website, let alone do all the hard work she does putting together deals for y'all. I would do it for her but once I found out you can't walk out of Walgreens with two suitcases of beer, a bundle of cigars, and a fistful of Register Rewards all for an out-of-pocket cost of thirty-eight cents, my eyes kinda glazed over ... well, that's why God invented women and especially my wonderful wife.

One thing I can promise is that this hiatus will be a relatively short one. While she is not well, the Mrs gets stronger every day. I knew she was feeling better when she fussed at me for buying a coke in the vending machine when you could stack three coupons together and get a case for eighty-eight cents, or something like that. So she will be back soon.
